Sunflower Marketing guarantees any products produced by us to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. Please, inspect merchandise carefully upon receipt. Claims for damages or shortages must be made within 10 days of receipt of the order. Request for returns must be made within 30 days of shipment date. Please, call 800-337-1097 for a return authorization.

 

When the defective product has been returned, Sunflower Marketing will replace the product, at no charge, and ship it to you at no additional expense.

 

In the event that an apparel product is purchased that is of the wrong size, an exchange may be authorized under certain conditions:

 

1) The garment has not been worn or washed and is in good condition.
2) The garment has been decorated with only the company logo.
3) Garments that have a “name drop” embroidered in any location may not be exchanged.
4) Size exchange will be made in the same garment, same color, only.
5) Customer is responsible for return freight expense. A credit will be issued for the cost of the apparel item being returned, plus tax. A new order will be issued for the replacement item and shipped directly to the customer.
